Location of Gb20 point: This point is at the base of your skull on your neck. When you bend your head forward and then back again, you will be able to identify a depression on both sides of spinal cord. Wind Pool (Gb 20) is in these depressions.

Location of ST 36 Point: Also known as Leg Three Miles. It is located four finger widths below the lower edge of the kneecap and one finger width towards the outside of shin bone.
